The school day begins with pre-school care at 8.00am and finishes with Late Club at 5.30pm. Parking is reserved for parents of the Junior School directly outside the school building. Parents are encouraged to escort their child into the school and to wait in the foyer at the end of the day. Once within the junior school, the children are separate from the senior school in a ‘school within a school’. When using senior school facilities and when taking lunch, children will be escorted by their class teacher.
By offering a range of pre and after school care, we offer the flexibility that families need. We recognise that many parents lead busy lives and that children need time to rest and enjoy out of school activities. Homeworks, for example, are important but never so important as to infringe upon family life.
